Biografía
Harvey Johannes Keitel (nacido el 13 de mayo de 1939) es un actor estadounidense conocido por interpretar personajes de moral ambigua y de tipo duro. Saltó a la fama durante el movimiento del Nuevo Hollywood y mantuvo una larga colaboración con el director Martin Scorsese, protagonizando seis de sus películas: ¿Quién llama a mi puerta? (1967), Malas calles (1973), Alicia ya no vive aquí (1974), Taxi Driver (1976), La última tentación de Cristo (1988) y El irlandés (2019). Keitel fue nominado al Óscar al Mejor Actor de Reparto por su interpretación de Mickey Cohen en Bugsy (1991). Ganó el Premio AACTA al Mejor Actor Protagónico por El piano (1993). Otras películas incluyen Blue Collar (1978), Thelma y Louise (1991), Reservoir Dogs (1992), Bad Lieutenant (1992), Pulp Fiction (1994), Del crepúsculo al amanecer (1996), ¡Santo cielo! (1998), Cop Land (1997) y Youth (2015). Actuó en las películas de Wes Anderson Moonrise Kingdom (2012), El Gran Hotel Budapest (2014) e Isla de perros (2018).
