John Scot Barrowman (11 de marzo de 1967) es un cantante escocés-estadounidense, actor, bailarín, intérprete musical y personalidad de los medios, mejor conocido por su actuación como el Capitán Jack Harkness en el serie de ciencia ficción Doctor Who y Torchwood, y Malcolm Merlyn en la serie Arrow.
