Eva Marie Saint (nacida el 4 de julio de 1924) es una actriz estadounidense que ha protagonizado películas, Broadway y televisión en una carrera que abarca siete décadas. Es conocida por aportar profundidad emocional y complejidad a sus papeles, en los que generalmente interpretaba Mujeres que parecen frágiles pero tienen una gran fuerza interior. Ganó un Premio de la Academia a la Mejor Actriz de Reparto por su actuación en la película dramática "On the Waterfront" (1954), y luego protagonizó la película de suspenso "North by Northwest" (1959), dirigida por Alfred Hitchcock. Saint recibió nominaciones al Globo de Oro y al BAFTA por la película dramática "A Hatful of Rain" (1957) y ganó un premio Emmy por la miniserie de televisión People Like Us (1990). Sus películas posteriores más notables incluyeron "Raintree County" (1957), "Exodus" de Otto Preminger (1960), "The Sandpiper" de Vincente Minnelli (1965), la comedia de la Guerra Fría "¡Vienen los rusos! ¡Vienen los rusos!"
