Lillian Diana Gish (14 de octubre de 1893 - 27 de febrero de 1993) fue una actriz de teatro, cine y televisión estadounidense cuya carrera cinematográfica abarcó 75 años, de 1912 a 1987. Fue una destacada estrella de cine de las décadas de 1910 y 1920, particularmente asociada con las películas del director D.W. Griffith, incluido su papel principal en la obra fundamental de Griffith El nacimiento de una nación (1915). Sus apariciones en películas de la era sonora fueron esporádicas, pero incluyeron papeles memorables en el controvertido western Duel in the Sun (1946) y el poco convencional thriller Night of the Hunter (1955).
